As this was winding down I was thinking how much I wish someone would keep going with one of these and show how things go wild after the party, and you write an ending that just screams for it. Lequin's version of this is one of my favourites, along with his "Picnic Panic", but your version is nice too - a bit more introspection than I prefer but that's OK. The initial impression (those 2 kids and their "auntie Read") is much more "cute" than Lequin's version. |
