| gscott62 chapter 1 . 8/27/2017 I would have loved if this really happened in the show. You captured Jane and Lisbon beautifully. Jane, telling her he meant his " love you" before he fake shot her, but still not telling her how meaningful these words are in the present. So Jane, and so Lisbon to think he probably doesn't. Lisbon's thoughts about how many things do you need to love about a person before it adds up to real love was amazing. Liking another's good qualities because it is easy doesn't necessarily mean real love. You had her come to this realization. So wonderful. I must read your next chapter. |
| half agony and hope chapter 2 . 8/27/2017 This was simply incredible - it was SO well done. I'm really happy that you didn't have them get together right at the end of part 1. Instead, you wrote a natural falllout, which seems more realistic. I also loved that Lisbon clearly knows her own mind in this version. And the ice cream date was perfect. Bravo - truly excellent work! |

From Jane's "personality transplant" to the airing of grievances, it felt completely right, a satisfying resolution to the initial avoidance that echoed canon.
