Well Tony may want Peter safe but the way he went about it caused more harm thsn good, tgat is until he was forced to see a better way.

When I first read the title I thought it was going to be something to do with the heart but not like physical pain but rather pain of the heart, on the inside, like emotional loss or something like that.
Putting that aside this story was really cute as well. When Bruce called Tony to speak to him alone I was like: oh man this is something way more serious.
And then when they talked about the heart condition and how he would have to be careful and not strain himself too much I was like: that can be a right he’s Spiderman! He will get himself in trouble one way or another xD
And then at the fight with the aliens and when I read about it having wings I got really scared thinking that it’d grab Peter and take him high enough and then dropping him to the ground so I was more ‘relieved’ in some kind of way when it just punched really hard at his chest.
Oh and I loved medic-Tony :3 It was really cute that Tony learned about how to deal with Peter’s condition so he could take care of him if something happened and Bruce wasn’t available at the time. ( I have to admit it was a little surprised that the Haulk was not in the fight, but if not Peter wouldn’t be taking care of, and according to the movies I don’t know if Bruce will still want to be the other guy so Will have to wait and see till infinity war, so excited!)
And then when I read about Tony thinking of not letting Peter be Spiderman anymore i was like HECK NO U CANT DO THAT TONY NOPE NOPE NOPE
It’d the same as he did with the Vulture and ended up pretty banged up u.u
And I’m glad Bruce talked him out of it (YAY BRUCE)
And adding Vibranium (i dont know if I spelled that right lol) to his suit was a brilliant idea! Another way to keep him more secure 3 loved it

Such a sweet story! Poor Peter, even when he tries his hardest to stay out of trouble, it still finds him. Yeah, Tony's never gonna stop being a helicopter parent and I love him for it...
