Well, on one hand Church is less likely to go for the whole Dark Lord motif and try to conquer the world... there'd be too much paperwork involved with running the world for him to want that particular position. But on the other hand, it's Church. He might not be a violent, misanthropic, undead monstrosity, but he is a jerk. So I could totally see him starting a few wars by insulting the various leaders he might meet.

I'll be curious to see how you swing this with Church's personality.

I wonder what all options there would be in this combined 'verse, if any of the Fragment AI's were whole and individual enough to potentially take some time out of being in the back of Church's head and come out to play? Options to give them a separate form at least part-time, that is. Church is already an impressive super-ghost-something, and Ainz Ool Gown did dabble in just about everything including in-game-context Necromancy. Perhaps some kind of possessable set of armor, or puppet-body? Church doesn't need one to be corporeal, but if the others ever gain enough strength in his head to start being an annoyance or problem, he might appreciate a way to literally kick them out for a while.
Really it's quite impressive that they are supposedly all in there to some degree and he's only had this much trouble thus far. It's basically a form of MPD and a reunification doesn't tend to go smoothly and easily "just because". Convenient for Church that it's mostly happening subconsciously, apparently, but also Tex is in there too and if anyone would be able to enforce enough order on the rest in lieu of Alpha's direct command it is Beta, right? XD

Church might slightly miss his old comrades, but if any of them showed up somehow he'd probably be Very Annoyed. Perhaps briefly startled and pleased to see them, if they don't bring catastrophic enough tidings, but rapidly Annoyed because that's what they are always to him. He might be quick to instruct his minions to not kill any of them, but he certainly won't stop the ladies from smacking Tucker as long as they pay attention to his relative durability or lack thereof so as not to kill him by accident without permission. I can imagine a refrain of "Permission to kill, sir?" becoming fairly popular until they manage to get some restraint forced through his skull.
I am now laughing at the Minions encountering Caboose and having /that/ revelation, considering how they've all absorbed the casual mentions and usage of his name and it's given meanings. Probably for the best that no one lets slip he technically killed Church-Alpha, their Lord, if Caboose does show up. On the one hand, they wouldn't have him if Caboose hadn't, on the other, the majority of them won't care enough to do more than say "thank you for the present!" before/while ensuring his excruciating demise.

How did he know what Red Bull is?

One question, had church been converted into an actual ghost now, or is his still at least somewhat like an AI, and if he is, could he theoretically “hack” into people like he did with the floor guardians?

I love this story, Church brings a certain comedy that I can get behind. Also, for Eryu, maybe hanging him by his toes over a large pit of flesh eating cockroaches, his junk already torn off, or cut, ripped, or whatever other word to fit it, to take away what makes him a man, a piece of shit man, but a man. Also, the thing keeping him held up would be slowly broken, like through a fire that would slowly break it, cutting into it, or it being something thing to hold him up, but the weight being too much over all. Either way, he's slowly getting closer to his death and when it snaps, the screams begin.

Oh , I feel bad for some of these coming workers. They are so dead.
