Ah... so a connection to the Flotilla, and I'll be curious to see what other changes to the timeline there were. Also, where was the divergent point? Was it still at Shanxi but the Batarians somehow managed to so completely overwhelm the SA that it sounds like they managed to actually completely conquer humanity. Hmmm... I was a bit interested in the lack of mention of humans even in the Terminus Systems that our Zerg SI has explored so far, but this explains it. I'm presuming that the Batarians have kept their conquest on the down-low? Even though the Terminus factions and the Council don't generally act against the Batarians and allow the excuses given for slavery, I would have thought that even they would not have allowed the Batarians to grow so apparently powerful.

I'd think that even the Asari would be concerned. After-all, there has to be reasons that even in canon and despite being known to the galaxy for a long while, the Batarians were never allowed much representation or to freely roam Council space for slavery purposes. The Asari are a proud bunch that would never allow that. Plus, I'd think that they would be interested in a new sentient race to breed with considering how they would want to expand their genepool a little bit, especially with the rising problem they have.

Im really glad your back, I had honestly thought you dropped the story but I’m really happy to see you back and hope you continue because your writing has greatly improved and I love ready stories with the Zerg in partly because of how imaginative your can be with the creatures, well any way just wanted to say glad you’ve updated again.

i like your fanfiction a lot. it is well written, not like many others, which are starting with the zerg and then 90% of the story is a fucking crap about dealing with psychological problems of the mc, his\her socializing, etc.
