You are pretty good at writing horribly convoluted, angsty, self-pitying and pathetic MC that happens to be a pseudo Mary Sue.
...not neccesarily bad. But not something reccomend for fun or adventures or anything other than a pity-party.

I really enjoyed reading this story.

Great story idea, just a few things here from a Japanese speaker.

Between siblings/family, there is no real need for honorifics, unless you want to genuinely have them then it would be more like: Fuyumi-nē, Shouto-nī.

Otou-san is formal, yes, but I personally see Endeavor making his kids call him “Otou-sama.”

If Izuku and Homura are /technically/ childhood friends, then why doesn’t she have a nickname like Katsuki as well? Hocchan, Horoki, Mura, etc.

Servants would NOT call their employers children by their first name, and especially not with -kun or -chan. Those two honorifics are reserved for friends/close friends. It would be ojou-sama for females and waka-sama for males as they both come from a rich family.

The ice suddenly grew from her right foot and speed towards Todoroki who almost looked surprised before he raised an arm and stoped her ice with his own, Then she jumped at him, now able to blast her flames again.

There is a big mistake you’ve made in this story, Class B IS equal to class A. Itsuka Kendo was in the top 5 exam scores and yet she was put in class B. There was a possibility for Homura to be in Class B regardless of her score in the exams
