I loved these two chapters! It's refreshing to see Callie in a situation that isn't heavy or emotional. Sophia is also one of my favorite characters, so I like seeing her. I can't wait to see what happens next! Oh and it was my pleasure to review all the chapters, you deserve it :)

I had given up on Fosters fanfic long ago, determined to be content with the few beautifully written stories of the halcyon days of seasons 1 and 2 where Brallie was a thing and I didn't feel the need to bsessively rewatch their brief interactions in episodes. The Fosters has given us so so much good material for brallie, which I am so grateful for but which I think influences this lack of fanfic, because fanfic flourishes when we're given amazing characters with unfulfilled possibilities. Brandon and Callie are beautifully, consistently, on the same wavelength, whether it's in s1 when Brandon tells Wyatt to give Callie space or s5a when Brandon and Callie communicate about Callie's multitudes so effortlessly and clearly (leading to self reflection on callie's part) in an episode which revolves around miscommunication. This simple beauty of brallie which the writers have been able to capture for so long (if much more sparsely, lately) is overwhelmingly present in this fanfic in the best way possible. Sometimes I wonder what would've happened if Brandon and Callie (and god, especially Callie) had been worse at pretending, because their feelings for and about each other are so so potent my heart hurts sometimes, and you make this potency so clear in Callie. And as much as I love the brallie in your fic, reread the moments and giggle over Callie and Daphne's recent, euphoria inducing conversation about NYU and Brandon, it is the essence of Callie that you capture so well that engages me. My favorite moment in this fic, is, surprisingly to even me, the Jesus and Callie moment in the yard because it was so bare, so vulnerable on both sides. You have a skill for picking into the heart of these characters, and oh how much heart they all have!
Also, I was honestly on the edge of my seat about the NYU letter, I was so curious as to what college it was, haha. I'm not even sure you meant it to be so suspenseful but it was brought up just frequently enough to be a tantalizing mystery without being over discussed. And now I'm curious as to whether she'll get in! I have to admit, though, the crazy shipper in me is positive she got in despite the small letter.
This story is truly beautiful and I am so glad that you are writing it, I am eager to see what you come up with next!

Side note: I am so, so eager to see the parents truly see brallie for what it is, love, not recklessness or self sabotage or whatever adjective people love to dismiss it as.

I hate the idea of the spin off. Feel like its a kick in the teeth for the rest of the cast particulary the moms. They should have all gone out together as a family. Sob! Enjoying this story lots, though if you don't write the Callie and Stef scene soon i'm gonna die, lol! Keep up the excellent work! Thanks xx
