Well this was an awesome story. I was listening to a bunch of Cuphead songs while reading this.

I can't wait for the sequel! This is now one of my favorite stories! I mean... I wasn't a huge fan of cuphead and Mugman before, I just thought they were interesting and ran out of good stories in my other favorite fandoms. But THIS has changed my perspective on the game almost as drastically as the trip to Inkwell Isle changed Nicky's perspective on animation! And I loved the surprise ending with King Dice! I look forward to reading more from you! This was AWESOME! XD

Wait, so if Nicky picked up on 1930s lingo. Then does that mean that if King stays in 2018 for awhile then he will end up talking like we do.

I absolutely loved this story. This is definitely one of the best FanFictions I’ve read, not just in this fandom, but in general. The writing was wonderful, the characters were so believable, and you had me on the edge of my seat at times! Keep up the fantastic writing.

I liked this story, short but sweet. I kinda found the Nicky /King dice moment a little...disturbing. But I still liked the story.

My thoughts on King Dice while reading your fic:

"you are so stupid, you are so stupid, you are so..." on repeat while hitting my head

-pulls ruler out of subspace and hits him over the head- . . . '

"King, why are cheating on your husband?"

Also I loved your fic, Nicky was a gem and I liked your portrayal of the characters, 'specially Cuphead. Can't wait for a sequel! But no rush, great job again!

A great story for a good franchise. This story had a nice Alice in Wonderland vibe, with Nicky ending up a strange magical world. It was very interesting seeing Nicky interact with the characters of Cuphead and the adventure was nice to see unfold.

I must say, this was quite the read! Nicky was an interesting OC: quick-witted, relatable, and hilariously sarcastic! She really felt for her throughout this story, especially when Dice got on her back, so I'm glad she got home in end-and changed for the better, no less!

My favorite moment was when she gave Sally that flower. I knew there was soft spot under all that sass!

As for everyone else, I'm impressed at how well you mirrored the actual gameplay and boss fights. You made them all flow without lagging the pace of your story.

That ending, though...I'm speechless!
