Truthfully I believe William as a whole is irrelevant to the story moving forward. As an author I’m sure he’s nit irrelevant at all, but for the forward motion of the story you were trying to write, I believe you made the right choice by leaving him out.

You're writing is absolutely amazing and I stayed up way too late telling myself "I'll sleep after this paragraph". You pulled me in like a great book that I didn't want to set down. This was good, I liked it. Your Bella was ridiculously ooc, though. She's basically an OC with the same name as a canon character. Not really a problem, imo, if Bella isn't at least somewhat OOC I find her intolerable but hey. just noting.

This was amazing! And I love long one shots so you’re fine by me, even though I wouldn’t say no to more chapters if the muse Is right. Also I love that you made Leah trans, like it literally made me cry cause I don’t really get to read too many trans fics, especially ones that weave the character in without it being their only identity. Like it was an important factor but not the only big one if that makes sense.

Okay, that was kinda awesome.
