Frankly the Red Death shoul have been worked out of Barry's system a long long long time ago. Reverse Flash was able to vibrate his body fast enough to get rid of nanites specifically designed to take away his speed while being affected by them.

Super alcohol designed specifically to affect speedsters wears off in seconds. The idea a drug like Red Death which was never intended or imagined to be used on someone like Barry affecting him almost a year later is pretty ridicious.

This is so much better. Savitar being the actual Barry from the future like in the Out of Time comic arc. Yeah, that's the thing about the AV shows. More often than not, the writer is often convoluted, sloppy, and rushed. They should've gotten deeper into Savitar's backstory. We never even found out how he got those face burns and we most likely never will (I wonder if the writers even remember Savitar?).

I think that you have a good point about Oliver Queen and whether he is a Serial Killer or more accurately referred to as a Serial Murderer. First, very few Serial Killers have ever been mission-oriented. While it's theoretical, the only one I can think of from history might have been Jack the Ripper. One of the key differences between Oliver and Serial Killers can trace back to the FBI definition of serial killing as "a series of two or more murders, committed as separate events, usually, but not always, by one offender acting alone". The FBI also notes that there is almost always the element of psychological and/or sexual gratification to the killings. Also, historically, serial killers prefer to target targets of similar profiles. Oliver's target selection would be too varied for a good link to classical definitions.

So, Oliver does not fit the template of a Serial Murder. He is at times a mission-oriented killer who has killed multiple times in combat. The best proof is as you said his comparatively low body count over time with the majority shown being mercenaries, gang bangers, or other combatants that he was engaged in a fight with. Also, after facing Ras, Oliver did something a serial murderer doesn't routinely do - He quit (albeit temporarily).

I agree. From what little I have seen of LOT (which is a scarcity), all of the weird shit they've done throughout time & to time would make earlier incarnations of the Doctor have a hearts attack. Barry's one mistake doesn't equal all of the fuck-ups they've committed. And when it comes to Cisco, sorry if I sound insensitive but, he wasn't that close to Dante anyway, so whatever.

If anyone needs to be blamed for royally fucking up time it should be Thawne because he set this fucked-up train ride on the track from the get-go & continues to do so, without ANY sort of permanent punishment.
