I loved it, especially the ending with Rin was cute.

I havent had a hard time reading this story. It actually fliws really well and the chapters aren't to lengthy so its a great read

It is great to see Kagome's family and the modern era again, it is interesting seeing what happens there every now and then and not only what happens in the feudal era. You know it would be quite fun if Kagome's mother decided to tease Souta instead of scolding the poor couple, Kagome and Inu Yasha are married after all. I think Souta deserves a little payback for being so noisy, he is almost as bad as Kagome's old school friends.

I love fluff, but I'm not the biggest fan of lemons. I don't mind them when they're diistributed with care, so as long as it's balanced with plot is okay.
And don't worry about the length of your chapters - it's your choice to make them as long as you want to.
And I totally understand Souta, ew :DD

You have a good start and have even put some philosofical thoughts in it as well, nice. I hope to read more from you soon, it is quite rare reading stories where Kagome ponders about her own mortallity when being together with Inu Yasha. And what you have in store for her regarding her powers and what's on the other side of the well makes me curious as well.

She kinda did the same thing here - she saw the well opened, got the person she loved to tell her she can choose and jumped, not looking back. I'm surprised she didn't take Inu with herself - just so he could say goodbye to Kagome's family and reassure them he'll take good care of her.
I'm really curious what's going to happen next
