Can't wait till Milliardo gets back and sees what's going on between his sister and Heero. I hope he'll end up being the one to take the throne though because Heero and Relena would make such a great detective team/couple!

I'm really liking this story and I'm very interested in seeing where it goes.

As for Sally being a doctor vs nurse, I can't say for Victorian England but I know here in the United State we had female doctors in the Victorian Era, there just weren't many. We even had female doctors in the Civil War. Mary Edwards Walker(1832-1919) was one and wasn't just a surgeon, she was also an abolitionist, prohibitionist and prisoner of war. As of 2017, she is the only woman ever to receive the Medal of Honor.

Dr. Elizabeth Blackwell is another doctor of that era and she was a pioneer in opening the medical profession to women. I know this is the Victorian Era and in England and not the Civil War (and it's definitely fiction) but I just wanted to let you know that it was possible for Sally to be a doctor, but you are also right in that it was rare, approximately 200-300 in the U.S. by 1860 though the true number is unknown.

I also remember hearing once that female doctors often worked in the poorer areas and Sally offering her skills in the Damps would be perfect.

Anyway, sorry about that rant but I really do like this story. I like the characters and I find some of the character interactions funny. I can totally see Relena joining our detectives instead of being a princess and there were female detectives as well so she'd fit right in.

I'm not sure that they boys would allow children traffickers or violent gang members to go free without some sort of life changing. Taking the info they need but leaving despicable people be isn't like them at all. Is this set in a modern timeline or? Interesting story, I'm looking forward to more.
