Yeah, that's not going to work. Without aura Jaune is weaker than white fang grunt or Roman mook, he will be useless against any kind of Grimm or other enemy.
All other fics you cited as inspiration nerf aura to the ground and hand Jaune battleship grade plot armour to get around this, witch is why they are weak writing.
There is only two ways around this:
One is that story is psychological drama about Jaune coming to terms with never being huntsman, and second is him functioning in non combat role.

Yeah, this story is going to hit a wall in a hurry. There were a number of ways you could’ve gone after the first chapter, but I feel this was one of the least wise. There’s no way for him to do anything relevant to the plot without aura, he’s effectively as useless as a white fang grunt. While RWBY canon makes clear training is a necessity, it also goes out of the way to make clear aura is needed to do the true ‘huntsman stuff’. Unfortunately, this Jaune will be even weaksee than canon, which is saying something.

First things first, you need line breaks. Walls of text are painful to read. Anytime.a new person speaks, it’s a good time to start a new paragraph. The plot itself is fine so far, but I’ll need to see more to know one way or another. Resurrecting the dead or just healing people is relata lively unique in fics.
