Guys don't talk about their feelings like this with their friends, ever. Was cute and all, but it just never goes down like that. Not trying to be mean, just telling you from a dude's perspective. It would have made more sense if they were doing something physical, like playing ping pong (I'm sure you remember that episode) while talking, since dudes communicate more physically than emotionally anyway. It's just how it is. Good story though. Have a good day!

Okay you need to hurry with the next chapter or two. This fic to me is like the Dinner with Buff Frog and Marcocrushed fics. Super deep and plays the heart strings like an acoustic guitar. Also love the Marco Tom Friendship you got going on. Bout time we got some good bromance between them. I'd love to read the reaction on Star's face when Tom ditches her a bit to hang and spar with Marco. You totally got it all, bromance with Marco and Tom, friendship with Ponyhead since she remembered his birthday, and a bit of romance drama with Star. Maybe have Tom show Marco around the underworld sometime pretty sure a few cute demon girls will be all over him for being a Human and pals with the prince of demons. Maybe have one or two of Ponyhead's sisters flirting obviously with him. Also with Heckapoo for goodness sake just have her kiss him. Marco's one of those guys that you have to be direct with. I wouldn't be surprised if Kelly made a move. That would be drama, but also some romantic rivals for Star.

I can imagine what's going to be some reactions. Tom, and Kelly would be extremely disappointed, as would Moon and River would actually cry for Marco on that. Pony on the other hand would be furious and maybe bonk Star on the head a few times with her horn. Though everyone will be shocked when Tom yells to Star "I WAS FURIOUS AND WANTING TO WASTE HIM FOR NOT EVEN INVITING ME TO HIS BIRTHDAY PARTY THINKING HE DIDN'T WANT ME AROUND!"
