yugito because she is a jinchuriki like naruto and maybe able to relate to him, tsunami, hotaru, ryuzetsu, tayuya, guren, pakura, kin because theyre underused, hot, and theire characters are essentially blank slates, for the most part. shion, because naruto could save her like he does in the movie, and she would repay his gratitude for him saving her, female gaara because she could be grateful for naruto reconnecting her with her sibings, as well as restoring her sanity, same with temari, hana inuzuka, and konan, they would both be interesting, along with ameyuri, and female nibi and female gobi, and rin, who i have never seen in any romantic relationship with naruto, koyuki could be another good one to be with naruto, she could be grateful to him for freeing her country from doto, if naruto goes to spring/snow, and the next ones are sara, fem haku, fem orochimaru, maybe fem itachi, and kurotsuchi, who simply dont have enough stories, and really naruto could relate with them. with sara he helped her, saved her from that puppeteer, orochimaru he could help her find redemption, itachi could be a female, and naruto could help her, with her past, and help her earn redemption, like orochimaru, haku he could help her see past her being a tool, and becoming a person again, and they both had bad childhoods, kurotsuchi and he, can be used to help bring konoha and iwa past their bloody history, and are both related to kages. just my opininions lo. so my final harem would be kushina, mikoto, kyuubi, kaguya, ahri, (since these five are locked in), yugito, pakura, kin, ryuzetsu, mei, yugao, kurenai, tsunade, tsunami, guren, tayuya, hotaru, shion, koyuki, temari, fem gaara, fem haku, fem orochimaru, fem itachi, fem gobi, fem nibi, samui, kurotsuchi, sara, rin, hana, ameyuri, and konan.
