i think someone already said Sabo didn't get a poster till Dressrosa, and that makes sense, as even though Sabo was chief of staff, therefore super important, his primary job was still as a spy, and therefore he was reauired to be sneaky enough to get away without a poster.

I can slightly buy neither Ace or Luffy seeing Sabo's Poster, because there are a Lot of Posters and they didn't really care about any but their own and their crews (and each others). Believing Sabo dead they wouldn't have had any reason to pay attention to Blonds or Revolutionaries or say anything about a name to look out for. So maybe if something like this began happened they'd have noticed but otherwise yeah I can maybe buy them having missed it.
But hell. If Marineford in the papers was enough to jog Sabo's memories, how in the hell did nothing else either of them did to make the papers or their Posters trigger anything?! There is NO WAY Sabo didn't keep up with those sorts of things, along with all of the many other sources of information at his disposal he was keeping up with as the Chief of Staff. Yeah, Marineford triggers serious deep emotional trauma issues which could have helped, subconscious recognition and all. But still. There's no way in hell he missed their Posters, he even met Luffy in person (albeit briefly while being all badass secret rescuer).

Okay, cute! For a minute I thought you might bring out the Episode of Luff scene where Sabo saved both Luffy and Ace, but this was great too!
And to Ace, the grass deck isn’t childish, it’s awesome!

The reason I would think that neither Luffy nor Ace saw a bounty of Sabo would be that either a) they didn’t care to really look at bounties/news papers unless they were looking for their own/each other’s or b) the government actually failed to get a photo/bounty going of Sabo until recently, considering that the Revolutionaries do kind of do background/stealth work.

I can not be absolutely certain, but I believe Sabo had his first bounty poster around the time of the Dressrosa arc? Or something like it. If it is like that (and I have not confused it with something else) it could explain why the remaining brothers would not be aware of Sabo being alive.
