Excuse me, but do you understand how stupid it is to believe that all the tragic events in the lives of the heroes took place within three months and exactly in the order in which Luffy visits them? Especially Frankie. In the original, at the time of the meeting with Luffy he was 34. Tom-san was arrested when Frankie was in his teens. Maybe in the twenties. Luffy hasn't even been born!

I wonder if Luffy's relationship with his crew won't turn out more parental, he is in a position similar to Whitebeard's towards his crew, and he's also acting more like a guide, even teaching them. Can't help but find the idea cute. Of course, Luffy wouldn't be exactly like Whitebeard because even as a parent figure he's still an idiot kinda.

I like the idea of tall Luffy because proportions are commonly related to power, especially power of will, in the one piece universe, so him growing tall because of his will isn't senseless.
