Oh man. This fic is so exciting! I love the expanded and added scenes to the story, how everything feels spread out over time in a way the show doesn't quite manage. Fenrir is such a good character, so deep and complex and yeah, he's very much a jerk at first, completely understandably, and then he gets better and he get friends with RWBY and JNPR, and Velvet and Jade and Theo! It's so sweet! I love that he has that relationship with people outside of Beacon, and the weekend job at Junior's.

I love the Red Hand, it makes so much sense that if there is a Faunus equal-rights-turned-extremists group, there would be a human supremacy group too, and making them be Grendel and his mom is brilliant. And yeah, they're his enemy, so sadly RWBY is being kept out of that fight... for now at least. I am anticipating that Ruby is gonna follow him for at least one of those missions eventually.

And the fact that Ozpin is changing his view on the Grimm, thinking that there could be a peace between them, that is awesome. I've only seen up to Vol 3 of RWBY, but I am certainly interested in seeing how things will go down when Cinder shows herself, and when the Vytal Tournament comes up. Can't wait!

4 it's just me or ozpin is going to probably become fenrir's human father figure

I have more questions but I can't think of them now I will just say that the fights are great and I love the references to marvel and star wars and I got that reference to god of war 4 now I imagine his father with the voice of kratos and fenrir as a puppy with the voice of Atreus
By the way, I was listening to music and I think that it is the perfect theme for fenrir

And now that I think about it, I'm almost sure that seeing Ruby's playlist, I'm sure that Fenrir heard Devil Trigger from DMC5 or at least in my head he did it and he liked it.

Just finished catching up with this thing. Hands down one of the best RWBY related fanfics I've read so far. Love the OC, he is very fun to read especially after he starts being a little more friendly with RWBY and JNPR. Incredible job with pacing the character development across these very big chapters. Can't wait for the next chapter.
