Interesting and great story so far. Your summary tells me that it's just going to be moments between Lelouch and the Black Knights, but the chapters tell me that this will turn into something more. Honestly, I'm hoping for more as this is a really interesting fic. Plus the fact that there is Lelouch x C.C. moments make it better.

This is a pretty good chapter.

I don't really see anything that jumped out at me as grammatically wrong. The chapter length is a vast improvement, not how long I personally prefer them but still a satisfying length. And the amount of dialogue in is chapter as compared to the last two is also a great improvement. The last two updates if I recall correctly you seemed to tend to leave dialogue to a minimum but as far as im concerned you did a great job this chapter. All of these points leading to a much improved reading experience and an overall satisfying chapter two.

Now as to the content of said chapter, I have to say I like these moments in fanfiction where an author takes the time to write about the inbetween moments. Action scenes are great, dramatic revelations doubly so, but scenes like this feel just as good in their own respects. The scene with cc seemed like an appropriate reason as to the change in zeros stance on his own personally details being disclosed and the way it was written in felt natural as well. Nicely done. I'm also looking forward to kallen finally getting a word in edgewise, kallen and lelouch conversations are always a joy to read. And I imagine that conversation on the docks before the JLFs ship is attacked is going to be suitably different and entertaining.

So overall, great chapter! It was a pleasure to read and I am eagerly awaiting your next update.
