I love Heddara! Omg lyanna is so annoying, but i guess shes sort of a spoiled teenager who is stuck w robert, ew. But i dont like how some writers write her as super cool when shes not. Same goes for the prince. Heda tried but not hard enough. I’m so stuck on the lyanna hate train bc of them westeros sucks even more. Kudos on the stark and bolton duo!

I've never really liked Lyanna, the mere fact that she is willing to run away with a married man just sickens me she doesn't even think about the consequences of her actions, and rhaegar was clearly thinking with a different head he was so obsessed with a stupid prophecy that he neglected his own family so the start of the war begins. I simply love Heda as a character she is absolutely amazing and fierce in battle

Ah, thank you for writing this. I agree, when there's a female mc, writer's usually focus too much on the romance aspect. Peh! It's hard to find decent female MC's, and usually the good ones I find are all practically asexual...or the paring is gen, or the romance is so far into the future it only appears in an epilogue. Not that I haven't read other great female leads like this one, but they're pretty rare.

I generally like the concept of gender flipped characters, but this is the first ASoIaF story with a gender flipped character I actually enjoyed - the setting means a gender flipped character (especially one like Ned that was so central to the setup) would require rewriting everything. That's a challenge very few fanfiction authors seem able to meet, but this story demonstrates you did just fine.

Oh I could nitpick all sorts of stuff from Hada and Lyanna acting like they knew each other very well, despite growing up apart, to the inconsistant distance and times or the idea the North provides the south with firewood, but those are just nit picks.

I will note in this Epliog you seem to have forgotten the new name you gave Jon.
