Konoha are indeed mostly nice and compassionate. The thing that makes them monsters in the battlefield is that they'll do everything to protect their love ones, their will of fire xD of course monsters like orochimaru can be found anywhere, just give them the means to gain power and get even more corrupted.

The stats system is really sqewed here, for example: Dexterity governing Health. What? Dexterity has nothing to do with Health. It is either Endurance or Vitality.

If you want to reinvent the wheel do it properly, so it makes sense.

I know this is old but I just had to say it: bonus stat points are always better than bonis experience points, because there is always a character level cap. Sure, you get points from leveling but that is a fixed amount, capped out together with the character level. Therefore, bonus points are the better option.
