I am concerned that I am surprised that Dipper (Mason Pines) has not realized the true intentions of Lola, since he is very intelligent and is much more than what you believe and has shown in the series.

I think it's better for Dipper to get away from that girl since it will only get him into trouble, other than that the age difference of 7 years would only make him accuse him of being a cradle mug and make fun of him.

I hope Mabel has not told many things about the events in "Gravity Falls" why Mayor Tyler Cutebiker is forbidden to comment on the "Weirdmageddon" affair and also to protect the strange creatures that surround that town.

Actually Mabel is not as pure of heart as many believe and Dipper is very intelligent but at the same time distrustful when he sees that there is something wrong, therefore, at this point he should have some distance with the Loud family and he understands their behavior to drive them away.

I like the interaction between Lincoln, Clyde and Dipper and certainly for Lincoln and Clyde they could learn a lot of things from Dipper and their knowledge of the issues they have in interest.

I would like to know how they managed to find out what really happens in that house they are in and how they managed to save themselves and maybe in the future the curiosity of the urban explorations call the interest of the other Loud sisters after what Lola tells her of what she saw in That damn house and some Mabel story that you told about what you can about "Gravity Falls".

I wonder what mysterious things about Royal Woods will discover Dipper and how he will relate to a family a little crazy where he considers only Lincoln trust but also Lisa to realize that Dipper is quite intelligent and begins to be surprised that many things that she believed false or invented are not and want to enter into discussions between science and paranormal with Dipper, as well as leaving surprised the remains of Loud sisters when they see that nothing is what it seems and also affecting the other characters of Royal Woods.

What if the lola contest appears pacifica? as a competitor of a category of greater age or a judge for having presedente experience and flirts with dipper and begin to try to have a relationship after a hard day or something like that i dont know XD.

Wow. I'm impressed with how well you used First Person as the choice of POV and yet, it feels natural and essential to the story to the point where 3rd person wouldn't feel right here.

Dipper, Mabel and The Loud family are all in character and the flow with the story correlates nicely.

Someone is going to have to either propose or do the Lamby Lamb Dance or maybe the ghost will possess Lola and the only way for the ghost to cross to the other side and free Lola is if it is proposed to.
