I notice you traded off Arthur for the Lupins. As I recall, JKR had once thought to have Arthur die in book 5 (when attacked by Nagini in the Department of Mysteries) but have the Lupins survive. I see you've done the same trade-off here. It's still a bittersweet ending like the original books, just a different one - but war is never without casualties.

It does make one think though - if you have to trade off the deaths - who lives and who dies and what are the impacts.
