Wow. I don't think there's much to say... There's a lot of other comments here, but, what I mostly noticed is how well you described Izuku's depressed thoughts and logic.
You make it sound like you know the experience personally (not to absurd, a lot of people has depression) and overall I think you did a great job with writing this.

I cried. Deku breaking finally actually had my crying like a river. We all know it could have happened, heck, they should make it happen in a movie and do an alternative timeline. It would impact Katsuki hard, it would break All Might as well if it happened after the whole 'You can't become a hero.' thing (Which I still think was a dick move from the number 1 hero! He could have said become a supporter,become a manager, do something still in the hero field!)

This hit me hard.

I love love love this! It was a fantastic take on what might have been. Absolutely horrifying, but fantastic. Bakugou was so well written and Izuku's despair is what I feel would have been the most likely path emotionally. Please continue this if you have the slightest intention of continuing. I'd love to read about Bakugou training Izuku himself and Izuku becoming the most famous person that came out of Yuuei's Support Course or General Studies. Tbh, a little slow-burning romance between the two as well as the angst caused by Bakigou's mistake would be icing on the cake. Thanks for writing this!

This is actually pretty damn cool. I don't know if you dropped this one already, but this story/oneshot seems like a lot of thought was put into it, and I appreciate that. I know how most authors feel about people pestering them to update, so I'll ask this: If you still have the inspiration for this story, regardless if you put in a pairing or not, could you please continue this sometime? The chapter in itself really showed Katsuki's dread—is that the word?—and guilt. Plus, when my art style develops a little bit more, I want to see if I can draw fanart to correspond with this awesome fic.
