This is beautiful, I really cried... I really did cry hard at this...

Great story and narrative, its good to view how the desires of people wanting to protect others can have consequences that can cause what they fear to happen. The writing could've been more developed in my opinion, but the story does well on its own to capture the emotions and actions of each character present. Michael in particular is very interesting and complex, and seeing where his path could've taken him if he hadn't met El by the end of season 2.
Overall, a smart, thoughtful and very emotional read that goes deep into the themes of consequences of actions, Michael's trauma that started in season 1, and a beautiful reunion with El. Keep it up :)

Plz continue this! This is my favorite Mike kills himself fanfic yet and I really want to see the parties and Mike's families reaction to Mike's notes and Hopper telling them what happened.
