It's too bad Harry didn't say he was washing his hands of Ron & Hermione during this; they've proven time and again that they're not trustworthy. If Peter taught anyone anything it's that you don't keep the untrustworthy near you lest the stab you in the back (quite literally).

Other-than-that, I really enjoyed this story. I think you captured a fairly realistic path for a Harry (who wasn't so all forgiving) and a Sirius that was just a little off-center from his unjust stay at Azkban. The reactions these two showed in their actions showed a strength that not many would be capable of; most especially those in the Order who thought that giving unrepentant murders have multiple chances would some how change anything.

Beside all that he was also tortured and watched people be tortured/killed nightly... They didn't kill any unfortunate by standers just the murders and rapist, they where vigilantes that did the public a service when there minister was corrupt and working for terrorist.
