Even if Adrien/Cat Noir didn't hear what happened from Marinette, I'm sure he'd hear all the gossip about it.

Hopefully that witness of theirs didn't catch Adrien's face...or there's going to be a big scandal in the news if the kid releases them...and then there's Lila to worry about.

I hope the final fic of this trilogy will have a happy ending.

What's going to happen next? Happy ending please, I'm assuming Adrien is going to try to work things out with his dad, as suggested as a "future together" in the note, and possibly reveals..?

marinette! freaking warn you buddy Adrien! his dad is trying to marry him off to lila! he needs a warning! either way Adrien at least has come to terms that he's in love with marinette. So the more chat and mari talk the more firm Adrien will be on his dating life. Adrien might seem passive but he can be stubborn and unmovable when he wants to.
he's the same kid who broke out of his house multiple times to run away to school. the same kid who defended his friend against a akuma with a sword for a hand while he had a hurt leg. the same person who wasn't afraid to keep flirting with his crush even though he knew she wasn't interested. the boy was actually happy to go and face monsters instead of terrorized.
I do not doubt that once he gets wind of this lila plot he will be a lot harder convince then they thought. he has a large dramatic side he's hiding.
the real question is mari still needs closer on the Adrien front but we know he's in love with her and I don't think he'll lie and say he isn't if anything he will be surprised but I think he'll be honest that he's in love with her without thinking. after all mai pretty much assume he wouldn't be interested and has avoided confessing.
I like that her jealous is still a strong characteristic and weakness of hers. she tends to jump to conclusions when stressed and nothing tunnels her vision like jealousy. I also like how it was hinted that Adrien dating others was either him going on dating with a few people casually but it was hinted that his love life was controlled and he might fake date with people. but as far as mari is concerned it still bothers her and makes her envious and jealous and not very fair. even though if she really looke she'd notice that Adrien isn't in love with any of the people he is forced to date.
I do like how it balanced out. after as far as chat knows ladybug does not love him back and as much as he loves mari she might love some mystery guy as well. while mari has made her own assumptions about what Adrien wants and wont take a chance to just ask him on a date or confess.
I am betting maybe the pictures might hint at Adrien fucking our dear mai against a window.
I hope one day mai gets a chance to dominate an make her kitty purr and drool and mewl like that someday. he certainly is having one being in control of showing her affection.
I wonder if mari had been akumatized if her dress would have been fixed after wards like other broken things o if it could have helped clear up her misunderstanding about Adrien and lila. orr at least warn Adrien is be careful being they are trying to palm him off.
if mari tells alya and nino I can imagine alya and mari just moaning about romance but nino getting alarmed for better reasons and while mari tried to get him to nott tell Adrien, nino tells mari that his best bud might be forced into a marriage with lila the horrible and they need to warn and find some way to save his best bro!

Ooh that was steamy! I can't wait for the next story. I do worry about their exhibition, though.
