Ok, you really made it harder for Miguel. I don't even know how the situation could be made better. And I don't know what changes will happen with Héctor doing the trip this time. I'm really shocked by the end of the chapter with all burned bridges and pain Héctor is going through. But I'm hooked on what's next. By the way, it's "la lengua-suelta" when its femenine noun. Keep up the good job and nice day!.

Granted I feel a bit sorry for Hector giving what he has been going through and it’s easy to easy to see where he’s coming from, but... OH DIOS MÍO he SERIOUSLY needs a wake-up call

This is one of the best stories I've ever read. I really hope the music ban doesn't happen. Ernesto really has become one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. I really hope he'll be able to tell Hector everything at some point and that their friendship won't break up over it.

This story gets better and better with every chapter. I can't to read the remaining 35 chapters. I hope this story contains a nicer more caring version of Ernesto that I can relate to.

Vincente not knowing the truth was interesting but Héctor being called out for threatening to fire him was good.
Javier and Héctor sure didn’t get off to the right foot. I kind of like Javier.
Hector being called out for his shellshock, refusing to accept it and being slapped was pretty intense.
I feel Imelda’s pain at thinking hector had realized his mistake right before he asked her if she’d been in on it.
Hecotrs survivors guilt was described pretty eloquently.
The reveal that hector sings in his sleep was beautiful.
Good point, and continuity nod about how the ban on music would be respected more if Imelda gave it. That being said she does have a point about how he’s been holding that grudge for a long time.
Hectors guilt being repeatedly pushed down by self righteousness is realistic but infuriating. Nice to see there is a gage though.
Miguel almost taking the guitar again was eerie. Hector stopping him actually might have had some positive effects.
Hector revealing the truth about Ernesto to Miguel was a nice way of letting that out. Miguel not letting that cow him into submission was also pretty good.
Hector being he one sent to the land of the dead was a good touch. It probably means that the big emotional climax is coming.
Good ending note.
This chapter was a nice return to form, calling hector out for his actions and setting the next plotline into motion.

I kinda hope Miguel goes back to the mausoleum to go rescue his dad. It would be cool to see them both in the land of the dead

Oh... Hector. So much of this chapter was painful to read (in a good way!). You've written everything so well that even though Hector is clearly out of line, it's also very understandable to see where he's coming from. Hopefully some time in the Land of the Dead will sort him out! I can't wait to see what comes next. Dante to the rescue! :)
