I think you're following the script too much considering some interactions don't change much despite the addition of Harry. They just say the same things as if he weren't there. Though Harry mentioning the centaurs in the Forbidden Forest was a good effort. While those are "weird" compared to Chiron, I still think they're pretty normal compared to the party lovers. The words they say are kinda like divination/cryptic warnings after all.

Lame, I mean wouldn't Ron and Hermione try to stop Harry from going down the trap door? Why didn't Hermione get rid of the troll herself? It's obvious that she already went to the camp.

i really like what you are doing with this story so far, my only comment is that Harry would likely know about the different pantheon gods, roman and greek definitely the others less so. Being a brit myself it is something you learn in primary school as it was the focus of history for a whole year and involved looking up info on the different gods and learning about them.
Third person would be good if you decided to keep everyone together for the story, first person is better for if they split up at any point, though you could probably switch between the two.
Ron would be a good son of hermes, i think Luna would be a good demi god with her father being apollo as i can easily see her being a seer like rachel speaking prophecies!
