Really good story. It is unique and quite interesting. There are some things that I think you could improve. First off, you should use less onomatopoeias like boom and roar. Instead put them in sentences like “the hydra let out an earth shattering roar” or “Naruto charged with an enraged battle cry”. That just makes the story flow and sound better. Also, add some details and flesh out your situations more. There should be backstory to why they started ignoring naruto (Minato and kushina) and how naruto developed feelings and what everything is, we as readers don’t know this world, you know it since all the thoughts are in your head but we have no idea what the lore and backstory is. You should try to explain more of it so we as readers can understand the story and situations better

Good story, although one thing you could use is a little flashback of Minato and Kushina on why the village tried to kill their kids, along with Kushina asking both of them how in the hell did they think that the prophecy refered to Naruko, since it said he, meaning Naruto? Along with what exactly were they planning to do to Naruto if he wasn't taken away by the Shinigami? Like were they willing to stunt his growth in order to preserve their version of the prophecy, or even use him as a decoy instead of training him just so Minato would have an excuse not to train him. Hell, be amazing if you didn't have the sisters chew out their parents for not even trying to bring Naruto into the family more because they were thinking more about themselves then their own kids. Or save that for Naruto's return, to where Naruto thinks that his parents hate him, and when asked why, the sisters back him up by asking them the real reason why they denied him training, or kept forgetting to invite him during family time, or even say, ask Minato what he was planning on that birthday, like was he going to give Naruto's birthright to his sisters, yet the sisters would have gladly refused, even ask him why Naruto didn't deserve them in the first place, even if it's to hide his own faults.

Well, at first sight, this looks like a normal neglect story but I am glad that this is not the case. You gave a good reason why Minato is less affectionate with Naruto and showed genuine care for his children.
