amazing storyline and great ideas this cant really get any better cant wait for the second season I need to see Naofumi vs glass sure blood sacrifice is fucking deadly and Naofumi might get totally fukt but now we have unique to this fanfic best boi ren to help out and make sure he doesn't die i want more and more and I hope this train doesn't stop

Not bad but too many chicks, I don't feel any sense of danger or trouble for the MC, and the story progresses too smoothly.

How sad. He has such a brilliant argument, but it’s totally wasted on someone like Motoyasu.

Good first season

You know, I’d say that Naofumi made an enemy of Itsuki the moment he took control, but that’s not true because EVERYONE can be Itsuki‘s enemy the moment he perceives them as against him in any way, regardless of factuality or consequence.
As shown by his spell incantation revolving around ‘hero of justice’. He’s actually as bad as Malty!

Naofumi may be acting harsh, but it’s because they need a wake up call. He’s right. Everything he’s saying is right. And they won’t listen. And that’s what’s going to fuck them over.

And Malty... actually had something smart to say? Sort of.

Anyway, of course they immediately acted like spoiled children and couldn’t work together for more than fifteen minutes. Why am I even remotely surprised at this point?

Oh no he definitely hasn’t. Motoyasu is a complete idiot with a one track mind, and even in Reprise of the Spear Hero he has shown himself as very obsessive. And he’s definitely on the verge with Itsuki.

But who cares about them? What’s important is that he has Ren on his side

I could see Wyndia looking like Silica, yeah.

As for the three stooges... Ren might survive, simply because I have no doubt Glass would dismiss the three of them, but when it comes down to it Motoyasu and Itsuki are screwed now matter what. Ren might still succumb to Greed i suppose, but it’s less likely with Naofumi’s interference. As ‘clever’ as Malty is, Naofumi is much smarter and much more devious.

And that is a good battle strategy
