Did saber really reject Mordred? It wasn't so much an issue of Arty not liking Mordred and more an issue of Artoria not thinking she was fit to rule. As for abandon? She didn't even know about her. If I got raped and then the child destroyed my country then I'd be more annoyed at them for that. Because what she did would actually warrant death. How many people died for that bit of selfishness? You could say that Arty could've let her be heir to be nice but that goes against her beliefs and she really isn't suitable for such a position.

Shirou can make a perfect and permanent copy of Avalon. Does he not have the mana? This shouldn't really be an issue that needs him to remove it. He can just make two copies of he wanted and everyone has an Avalon. You underestimate how much of a cheater Shirou is.
