Oh my gosh, that was brilliant!
I really loved the way you portrayed all the characters, especially Loki. I liked the reasoning you put behind his usurpation of Asgard’s throne and I loved the space scene in this chapter. Loki lives!
Just a quick thing to point out, if someone who is not Jotun touches Jotun skin, they get burned. Severely. The same thing applies to Loki when he is in his Jotun form. If someone touches his bare skin, even to feel his pulse, they would get burned.

Endgame, so come on out of hiatus, and finish this epic. I'm a sucker for Loki redemption stories.

Also, "gift" in ASL is you have the index fingers in a hook shape (individually), the hooks parallel to the ground, then move your hands toward the person you're gifting. I think you have it right, as I understood your writing after a little bit, but better to be safe than "dying" made me tear up. If you had actually killed him off...

Loki LIVES! Marvel better bring him back in the next movie. I understand Hiddleston might want a break from Loki, but that doesn't mean they have to kill Loki off. I mean, he's LOKI, he can take a magical trip through the passages in-between universes for several years, thus giving Hiddleston a break from acting him.

Great chapter. I see that your caught up to Infinity War now, I do hope Loki somehow survives his encounter with Thanos and doesn't die again like in the movie. His death was the only one that made me tear up a bit.

So Heimdall was responsible for Loki taking the throne, interesting twist.
