I just came across this again, and I wanted to let you know that your story is so! amazing! It's so good I've accepted it as headcannon and I wonder why Arsinoe hasn't been mentioned in the All Souls Trilogy? Does something happen to her before she can become relevant to Matthew's story?! I hope in your sequel you'll let us know about that. In the Time's Convert, when Baldwin has those uncle moments with the twins, I want to see Arsinoe there. I shudder (in dread and excitement) to think what she'd teach Diana's daughter. In general her reaction to Diana.

Ahh, the relationship! I love how your Baldwin is entirely in line with his canon characterisation, also taking into account that your story happens a lot earlier; the way you reverse engineer his character! I'm in awe. And how Arsinoe brings out the best in him, in a way. It's so believable, and how it really isn't a fairy tale romance, but reads like one? Just, I love this story, thank you so much for writing it.
