this story makes no sense ... he was sent there to become a better person yet the first thing he does is take slaves and start killing ... not that is anything wrong with it just that the story makes no sense... and why on earth would sirchez and ajuka listen to advice from akeno and rias ... sirichze would never listen to rias when it comes to important stuff ... he is a leader for a reason ..

The reviewer Bombashious does not make a good point. I can't tell if that person missed the part where Rizevim and Trihexa were emphasized this chapter, or if they forgot about Zekram Bael, the remaining Satans, and other pillar families. Or they're being deliberately obtuse to give others the wrong impression of this fic.
Last chapter, there was talk about the original Lucifer being possibly alive, and Madara said there are hidden powerhouses showing themselves.

Madara also said last chapter, it doesn't take being all-powerful to throw the world into ruin, because subterfuge and a wide array of powerful enough devils, and devil syncophants can still gain some control over a failing devil system, and pose a threat.

There's a difference between being an antagonist, and being an antagonist that is more than a fly to be swatted. So far, Rias hasn't been given undue ability, and the plot seems fine.

Rias can ask Sairaorg for updates on the interrogation of a prisoner of war, because Gremory have direct ties by bloodline to Bael. She can manipulate at the level she does, because she's rich and connected as shit, so it's fine to leave her as an antagonist. personal power level isn't everything.

Rias also has vested interest in Freed because of what happened to her older brother. While I think there are others who could have handled the interrogation better, I wouldn't put it past the younger devils to lack the "power of imagination" that devils are said to use. Or for Rias and Sai to be granted access to the prisoner because nobody else found value in Freed, for Sairaorg and Rias to be unauthorized but they sneak in to interrogate anyways, or Rias and Sai not sharing Freed's capture with more qualified devils, because they decided it was personal, or because they wanted prestige like devils fight over. Military accomplishments are part of New Satan faction prestige.

While Rias is a leader of devils, she is not one of the more dangerous leaders that exist in one of the devil factions. She is among the young leaders of devils who are meant to inherit the future when they finally stop sucking and step up and into the shoes of their predecessors, but Rias's power is mid-tier at best, because her high-class potential sits in her bloodline, which she doesn't really train. She achieved her station by her family's station at birth. Rias is a rich, spoiled, underachieving heiress whose family has ties to the true leaders of the underworld.

whatever man, this fic looks too good for me to get hung up on small things like that. I like Madara, he's an OP badass who's fight agains the united shinobi alliance will forever remain one of my favorites so dumping him here? very mich a fan.
