One one hand, exploring Lucifer's multilingual status as an Angel is interesting. On the other hand, unless Angels work the same way electronic translators do, suspention if disbeliefe is neccusary, as Lucifer would not be unintentionally saying entire sentences is a language using perfect gammmer for that language without noticing.
"It's hard to switch back" (to a different language) is a huge sign that the author is writing a multilingual/bilingual character with out being bilingual. Using the words for one language but the grammar for another language is a more realistic mistake. As is forgetting the word for something in one language and substituting that forgotten word with a word for another language. Character's could also ask for/look for one language's word for something that is untranslatable in the langue they are trying to translate the word to. This concept can be used for slang that has no translation as well.
PS. This is ment as constructive criticism, not flames. No flames are intended. I enjoyed this story.
