My bad, it was s three-parter.

I believe there was one other fic with a similar premise, when R2 was still running in Japan and the art with Kallen in the yellow dress first came out. Sadly, it was only a oneshot, but the angst from Zero/Lelouch reaching out with Kallen only having memories of him as her enemy was very much there.
