I would suggest that the chapters' be longer,

These chapters', as they are can more-or-less be combined, so,

the amount of words' for each chapter you previously made.

chapters' 2, 3 AND 4,

could obviously be merged into a single large chapter, so,

make the next chapter and any future ones', the combined total of all three previous chapters'.

The saying, The bigger, the better, applies here.
