Issei is a dumbass. Betraying those who saved him, and spelled out for him how devils would tempt him. Issei deserved to lose Boosted Gear for revealing the people who prevented his bad-end at Raynare's attack, even though they told him to not reveal them. And warning Issei he'd be oppressing more humans if he sides with others similar to Raynare, like the devils. Issei does not deserve his lottery-given Sacred Gear.
