I think the idea is quite cool, but how come no one noticed shirou (i thought vlad would notice him easily)? Similarly why the hell did they not imprison shirou or use him for caster's golem? Considering vlad didn't know of him I assume Seigfried hid him, but that's also quite the stretch. Wouldn't someone realize saber was carrying someone injured?
All in all, there are some actions that don't make a lot of sense.

I wouldn’t really call the whole secret of pedigree thing a mistake since you showed Shirou struggling to make the obvious connection of wielder of Clarent not Arturia Mordred until her helmet is removed

I just really want to see Shirou drop a Caladbolg on someone. Certainly would confuse everyone when an A-Rank noble phantasm from nowhere ruins their day.
