Hmm. I think Ruby still would have sided against the criminals, but it's not totally unbelievable the way you wrote it.

First off, Ruby doesn't use swear words except in fanon, even then only rarely. This is because it upsets her cuteness/adorkably innocent attitude.

Second, Ruby became a Huntress to defend people. Not to be a storybook hero, but to be like her parents. I would also like to point out that you could have had her appear due to one of Bakuda's bombs, which would be far more believable in terms of how she wound up on Earth Bet.

Also Hunters and Huntresses, even those in training, can survive sky diving without a parachute with minimal damage done to their aura(to the point where diving out of Bullheads from far enough up to crater the ground is standard procedure for aerial deployment into combat situations). While I do believe a fall from high enough to appear as a meteor(metaphorical or otherwise) would cause significant damage to her aura, I doubt it would be enough to actually damage her as bad as she was(mainly because her aura would have taken the brunt of the impact since it is a blunt force rather than cutting).

It started well but the fight and the PRT scenes seemed forced and OOC. Among other things, Clock could have just maybe just disagreed with the whole poke and prod thing from the start, kind of like he did when talking to her after she ran into the van? The whole fight thing and aftermath seemed rushed and weird.

That said, I love your profile. Clean, simple and useful with with ids and addresses. It's ok if people add other stuff but most people pack them with rambling garbage and somehow leave off anything useful.

The premisse is interesting, but the development is leaving something to be desired...
I really can't see the PRT ever letting an unknown, possible off-wolder, "parahuman" armed with a "tinker-tech" gun-scythe walk out their door in less than an hour after cuting off a ward's legs,no matter how acidental the action was.

Always was interested in RWBY/Worm stories. Read a few but they didn't keep it up. Please keep this going. :D
