At least Burt had a bit of patience with them before they said I do and the actual kissing part. And I hadn't expected Mikki to tell Seb and everyone else that she was pregnant in her vows to him, but it was cute, and you can really see how happy Seb is about that.
It was really nice of them to invite Juanita to the wedding so Nick would have someone and he wouldn't feel alone and an odd one out.
It is a bit sad to see Joey grown up and going off to college, not that Seb and Mikki have it easy with three kids and a farm to take care of there.
I am looking forward to see the stories that come from this one, as I am going to miss the people in this little world.

Can we get a one shot of Rachel getting her happily ever after?

Oh Jere you would be the one afraid that your wife would stop giving hints about wanting to repaint the house and make you do it.
Mikki and Seb are sickely cute as ever, so I feel where Jeremy is coming from.
Whether or not Seb wants to believe it, I can see him telling Henry after his first day of school that he loves Mikki, only for that love to turn into something real and wonderful.
I had thought the second Mikki started to go on about having a headache and feeling quesy that she might be pregnant and I wasn't let down there. Curious to see how she is going to go about telling Seb now that he is going to be there for her.
It just tugs a bit on the tears seeing what Mikki had went through when finding out that she was pregnant and that one of her biggest worries had been that she wanted Seb to stay in school as it does take a great strength to be a single parent, especially when you know that the dad to be, would drop everything he has going on, to come back to you and figure everything out.
Anyhoo, looking forward to the wedding and that of the final chapter for this one.

I get the appeal of Henry wanting to move back home and be the town doctor once more as it is a job that he once loved to do and with there not being one, it gives him the perfect opportunity to move back home.
It made me smile with the Seb dodged the questions about Rachel, but it didn't come as that much of a surprise to see that his family hadn't been too shocked about him calling his wedding off and being together with Mikki. Dylan had made an excellent point saying that what he had with Rachel wasn't real love and that if Dylan could see that, then he did make the right choice in breaking things off to be with Mikki.
And how cute was the whole tree house proposal? And once you know, you know. As much time that had passed between them, it sure didn't take him long to pop the question once he had her great grandma's ring, which is cute in its self.
And he may not be close to his brothers as use to be, but there is just some of that closeness there and I really don't think it will take too long to be as close as ever with any of his family members.

I do feel bad for Rachel here, but she does need to understand that Seb can't help the way he feels about Mikki as he never really took the time to get over her and once those feelings for her came out they weren't going away. Not only does she need to understand that but she needs to tone herself down and realize that she isn't always going to get her way and really she had been walking all over Seb just to get what she wanted and that isn't how a relationship should be at all.
Nice going there Seb and making your daughter think that you are going to leave and that you might not want anything to do with her. I get that it's a bit hard for him to explain things as he hasn't had to do that with her before and it can be a bit of challenge to word things in the right way for kids to fully understand.
And as much as Rachel is right about DNA test, it's just one of those things that isn't needed in this case, as I am sure that Seb can see himself in Joey with what time they have spent together.
And of course the friends are going to be happy about the change of things and not expect Seb to pay for work they have done already.
It might just do Nick some good to get away for a week.

I must agree here that it will be better for Rachel if Seb breaks the engagement off before the wedding and not the day of the wedding. As no one deserves that at all, even if you are as evil as Rachel has been when it comes to Seb's friends. I do like that he has come to realize his feelings towards Mikki before his wedding as well.
And I'm sure the plan they concocted had a small part to play in it, but for the most part I think it was just Seb coming to realize those feelings he buried so along ago hadn't went anywhere.
It goes to show that Rachel can't get out of everything and I do think that is something that she needs to learn, as it should have been something that she learned about as a child, that she can't always get her way, as not everyone out there is going to know who she is as Broadway isn't everyones cup of tea. And she should really be paying that ticket off.
But you do have me curious with things could possibly go when it comes to Rachel and her officer there.

I know I have said numerous times now, but I am really liking the relationship between Harlow and Sam, even if it isn't much, and to help Mikki figure out what to do now that she had to drop out of college because she had Joey.
And it's horrible that Mikki went through post natal depression.
But it does make you think about the what if's. And what would have been different if Seb had known about Joey from the start.
And I am starting to wonder just who is going to get feel worse with the impending wedding, Seb for not being able to be where he really wants to be or Mikki and Joey, having that feeling of knowing they can't have that of their family together.
I really don't like seeing either Mikki or Seb in this sort of pain.

I can totally see why Joey never wanted to mention anything about Seb as the last thing she wanted to be doing is hurting her mom in the process and no little girl wants to be seeing their mom hurt.
One would think that her parents would be able to tell that Rachel is only acting to get what she wants since they know the real her. But I can see where Rachel gets it from having seen that of Shelby's reaction here. Thankfully Hiram is that bit of more level headed in the family.
Curious to see Joey's part in the plan.
And when it comes to Rachel and Joey, I do feel as if it could go so many different ways.

Well if I was Seb I would be hurt beyond belief by the way Mikki has treated him, not apologising like everything is his fault! When he left, as far as he knew, it was two grown-ups breaking up for whatever reasons. She never saw fit to tell him that she was having his child. Now he comes back and first she gets his friend to lie to him, then she continues to try to lie to him as well. Not only that, but she says he might want to take the child away from her (among some other not very pleasant little digs). What has she done to him for the last eight years? Yeah, taken their child away from HIM. Deprived him of seeing his child grown up - of even knowing of her existence. I can't believe Seb's response here - if that's what she thinks of him, his rights over their child, his happiness? He should just walk away - ask someone he trusts (if there actually is anyone trustworthy to him in this town) to tell Joey the truth when she is of age and be there for her if she would like to see him. The way they are portrayed in this story - neither Rachel NOR Mikki are anywhere near good enough for Seb.

I was just starting to wonder about Nick and if he had a special someone in his life, and now I can see that there is in fact Juanita and that it is that bit of complicated for him.
I can't see Seb being okay with what Rachel has planned, as he can't see his friends being hurt any more than they had been with him not coming around since he left for Yale and with Nick making really think and with his moments with Mikki, it just isn't going to go right for Rachel. Even Sanatana can see it's a bad idea.
I am looking forward to seeing how Joey is going to react to Seb being her dad as it is a lot to take in for a little girl.

I am curious as to what Rachel is up too, as really all she is doing is ruining her own wedding in the process.
I am happy to see that Mikki has finally told Seb the truth about Joey and that he is going to be staying around for two weeks getting to know how daughter and hopefully seeing that he loves Mikki more than he could ever love Rachel.

I kind of like evil Rachel but not when it's towards those that I really like and don't deserve to be treated as such.
I really don't agree with the way Mikki is going about and making a lie up about who the father Joey happens to be. I know why she is doing it and I really don't want to see it backfire on her.
I get Jeff's pain that he is dealing with there when it comes to Seb, as it really couldn't have been easy on him losing his best friend like that. New York has changed Seb and I do want to see that country boy in Seb win out in the end.

If Seb hasn't figured out that little JoJo is his, how did he get into Yale? I do think it's quite easy to connect the dots there. And I get why Mikki is scared about Seb finding out, but I hardly believe that Seb would take his daughter away from Mikki for any sort of reason.
I understand where Mikki was coming from with her not telling him about being pregnant and I do believe that Seb would have dropped out of Yale to support Mikki. It can't be easy on her and part of it.
I would say it's nice to Rachel getting along with his friends, but you can see how much of an act it is for her and it's a no wonder she's an actress with her talent there.
Looking forward to seeing how the talk with Mikki and Seb is going to play out and just what the plan is to break Seb and Rachel up and get him back with Mikki.

I strongly believe that a guy and girl can be that of best friends, as clearly Nick and Mikki are.
You can really see the hurt Mikki is dealing with when it comes to Seb and his relationship with Rachel.
And as country as it is to have a pig roasting, they could still find a way to accommodate that of a vegan dinner that Rachel has already planned out. I know it's hard for them without the place to do so.
I am happy to see Jeff happily married and with little terrors of his own.
And I am all for Nick's plan of breaking Rachel and Seb up and I just hope that it doesn't go wrong before everything goes oh so right.
I do want to see a moment where Seb can sit down and talk to Mikki without Rachel or anyone else around for that matter.
