As for aboveground…I’m concerned about what happened the night of the dance…will those events have any effect on tonight…specifically, will “The Code” be activated?

Shots missing? Little piece of advice for the General: invest in FLAK CANNONS. Those things can rip swarms of planes (and avian Grimm) to shreds with the shrapnel they send flying after their shells detonate in midair.
The bits of metal are small, so they won’t do any real harm when they hit the ground, but they can still make a wing look like the side of a colander.
