It's been so long! Mini-arcs for each SOuls character is something I can get behind, as they were underdeveloped in the original story. Before, Tiara was just edgy Grey. I am so hyping for this, and please don't ignore Aki an arc of her own, since you teased us in the earlier chapters about her background.

On a sidenote, I love how you are fitting the new lore with the old institute of War lore. Only one thing that bothers me is that, lorewise, Draven's ring don't kill as much as it used to, as during the Ionian-Noxus War. They only had lethal matches in rare occasions, and even those had few deaths. Tiara's on a killing spree must because the prisons are running out of space XD.

There is a slight issue with the idea in general. Namely that the Abysswatchers got corrupted by the Abyss and became an insane hivemind which constantly kills itself in a desperate hope of cleansing the Abyss. So this guy is either from the time when the Watchers became the Lords of Cinder or from even earlier. Lets not even forget the fact that they were pretty much the equivilant of an inquistion. The Abyss apperaed you were in deep shit not just because of the creatures, but because the Watchers will cleanse the place with holy fire. His characterization just doesn't add up.

Okk that's it. A ship trash. This is not serious at all. People don't just do that to a stranger because I'll tell you. LAFS is BS.

NGL, wasn't expecting the Doom Slayer to appear.
Also, the Doom Slayer is from Earth, not Argent D'nur, so he isn't the last of his people.
Lastly, another thing that the Slayer and Grey have in common is that they kill anyone that would or did hurt their family. Think about it, the Doom Slayer fought for eons straight for his pet rabbit, and Grey would do the same for any of his family, like Ahri and Tiara.

Hey this is a wonderful story which I hope doesn’t crash and burn into the darkness, so please keep going with this piece of art, and “may the sun shine upon this Lord of Cinder”... also will we meet any one else for the Dark Souls franchise?

God, I miss reviewing this story. I love seeing Grey fight as an Abysswatcher! Also I'd comment mostly on the fight,(because I love them. You write fights good.) I was hoping for the cultists to be a little more dangerous/threatening. And hope Grey and the crew gets their ideal Drinks any time soon! Drunk Brite or Tiara would be a fun filler chapter!
