Well that was adorable! I just feel down the accidental Yona rabbit hole, finishing the anime as well as reading all manga chapters available.

Great story!

This was stunning, I loved it. A great take on a character that’s well-renowned for being difficult to write, and a much-needed look at Hak’s point of view in some scenes. And dare I say it, you’ve accomplished the superhuman feat of conveying Christopher Sabat’s dulcet tones with written text. I did notice that Hak and Yona left Fuuga at night, rather than at daylight as they did in the anime? But if that’s just creative license then go for it. Amazing job.

It was amazing to see inside Hak's mind and how he struggles with his emotions towards the princess. I think you portrayed him perfectly.
The little luck charm piece was my favorite I wish it had actually happened in the show. Too sweet~
You made Yona so cute, in her own spoilt little way, but you can see that she really cares for Hak.

What an amazing capture on the personalities of these two. It was such a pleasure to read.

Hak's frustration with his feelings and self imposed circumstances feel so real here, and Yona's spell on him and the growing feelings of a girl, soon becoming a woman are right there front a center. I like how their situation is actually read quite clearly by all around them and yet there are boundaries no one dares Hak to break.
