This is actually the first story I’ve read where Eddie/Venom is still in love with Anne so fantastic job on being an extremely rare find. Though I wish this had been longer and a little more drawn out I enjoyed everything leading up to the final chapter immensely and will keep an eye out for more of your stories.

"Whump with story" indeed. The implication that Eddie's special person is not Venom but Anne - and that he will never actually get to be with her - is heartbreaking.

I loved the movie with a passion, Venom is also a favorite character of mine (and too a lot of people too.) sure the updates are slow but your story is good, got me filled with suspense here good job and keep up the good work.

Now to have a nice family sit down and talk it out then EAT it out then rest...hopefully enough for Venom to have his strength back and Anne and Dan to calm down...

All of this is so sad! Poor Dan is so good - he's trying so hard to help Eddie even at great risk to himself and pain to Anne.

Damn, I really feel bad for them. All of them. But can't they just give him chocolate or tatter tots ? They contain phenylethylamine, the brain chemical that symbiotes consume when they bite people's head off (I don't know if you already know about that and you just went another direction on purpose, or not).
