Well, this wasn't exactly a victory for Izuku, considering he took himself out at the same time. At best this would be a draw.

I was kind of hoping to see Izuku show the creativity he had with the Ochaco pairing rather than...this blunt force method.

Didn't Katsuki train practically every day to become the strongest? He definitely worked hard to get where he is, so I think Riku is being rather disingenuous in saying that Katsuki is deluding himself with visions of grandeur.

Whereas Izuku only started taking things seriously after meeting All Might.

This is more the kind of story I was hoping to see. One that's focused on the characters, rather than driving the same plot told in hundreds of other MHA stories forwards. Great use of facial expressions, silent gestures and pauses in their dialogue made this the most enjoyable chapter (for me personally, lol) thus far.

Well, at the very least you gave a good reason for why they're doing so (though I feel like 1-B should get some love, every now and then.). Still holding out hope that this won't follow stations of canon with just the two Keybladers thrown in, like so many other stories.

Well apart from a kind of cliche 'Meet Izuku, Isn't He Such A Nice Guy?' meeting, this is off to a good start. I only hope that Sora and Riku don't become Gary Stus to the rest of the MHA cast.
