I am way more invested in this than I thought I'd be, but I do love a good Beauty and the Beast style story. I also like the changes you've made to the overall formula for the original story. There's no deadline for Piccolo to return to being human, Goku is putting up far more resistance, as was expected, the castle is well and truly vacated, not even animated household items to keep our Jolly Green Giant company. He's actually alone, and the effects of that are obvious. He's still plenty narcissistic and not at all a nice guy, but I get the feeling he has hope, and he's trying to some extent. I would love to see what you have next!

I'm honestly not sure whether to smile at Goku's loyalty and commitment to his grandfather, or cry over it. Either way, I love seeing the character development you have for Piccolo so far, and I'm excited to see what you'll do with him and Goku in the future. Keep up the good work!

I know Piccolo's pretty cold, but damn...Didn't expect him to snap and react that way, I feel really bad for Goku now. What's he gonna do now? Maybe try to escape, or will Piccolo slowly get better and try to make amends? I honest don't know...
On a side note, the flashback of Goku and Grandpa Gohan was really sweet. Another great chapter, I can't wait to see what happens next

I'm really enjoying this so far I've never thought about Goku and Piccolo as a couple before, but I guess that ship is sailing for me now XD Not to mention it's Beauty and the Beast, one of my favorite movies! Can't wait to see if you do more of this
