A bounty of 2,000,000 beri is kinda low. He did kill Kaido afterall, so shouldn't his bounty be a lot higher than that?

Ugh. Really another Percy's betrayed story? They're like the Rattata and Pidgey of P.J. fanfiction!(Though there are some exceptions, this being one.) Love that you're a fan of Percy and Nico shipping. Guessing that Whitebeard accidently shoots the dragon with a cannon since his main weapon is a bisento. P.S. Sorry if I sounded rude earlier it's just some author had a great P.J. and Venom crossover story, he didn't know what to do with it after a few chapters, then deleted it without being smart and waiting for someone to adopt it and tell his readers. So feeling like Hulk.
