Okay, yeah, I bawled reading this (and have the soaked tissue to prove it!).

I can't say that there was a favorite moment - I loved all of it, all of them coming to claim Castiel as theirs, as belonging here; from the Winchesters and Jack, to Meg (thanks for that, btw!) and Crowley, from Balthazar to Gabriel and all the angels in between, from people he's touched now to ghosts he helped in the past, from Amara and mostly from Chuck, in words and in the symbol he burned on Cas's forehead. There were too many favorite lines to include to here, so I won't attempt it.

In a way, it reminds me of Lewis's TLtWatW and the Stone Table and the old magic and the older magic. Actually, maybe there was a favorite moment, or at least a most favorite moment: Chuck's "'He is my son'" and "Then he enfolds his son in his arms, and Castiel clings to him like a child."

Chuck's understated "'Yeah, they were pretty peeved...'" when speaking of the Winchesters was awesome, and I loved Jack's loophole, going straight to Chuck and letting *him* tell Dean and Sam. And I'm so glad the Winchesters finally used their words and put it out there to Castiel how important he is to them, that he is loved.

And the title itself, spoken by father to son, "'... how fierce is my love for you.'"

FYI, the only thing I would change about this is capitalizing Earth, as he's referring to the planet, when Chuck says, "'I need *all* of you here, protecting my earth.'"

This just made me feel so, so warm and happy. It was beautifully written, and I'd love to see something like this actually happen. Such a unique idea and you did a great job with it!

This was beautiful. Glorious in a way that portrayals of love should be, but that we don't always reach. And you also showed that love responds to love; that all that Cas has given to others is what claimed him in the end.I loved that.
Also, the way they worked around the Empty's absence to free the lost was great, excellent story-planning.

And I loved the loophole Jack found; it made me smile.

:') This was a beautiful tag and a wonderful fix-it. I just love how all of the people who love Cas most were there, claiming him and telling the Empty to back off. And Chuck showing up and claiming Cas as his own was beautiful. I REALLY wish this would happen in the show. I just want Chuck to show more love to Cas than simply resurrecting him over and over. Incredible idea, and so well delivered. I loved Kellys line: "and hes good". So simple, so true with so much power behind it. This would be AMAZING to see play out in the show. All the characters who knew Cas (and some that didn't) really showing all the lives hes touched, and then the appearance of Chuck was perfect, and somehow I wasn't expecting it, but when he said "hes my son" I could feel the power behind it. Absolutly great fic!

This was amazing! I love all the people you brought back to support Cas. Did they escape the Empty like he did and live again? I remember Castiel was so saddened and hurt when Chuck talked to Lucifer but not to him before, and now he knows with certainty that his Father loves him. This story brought the teary eyes. Loved it!

This was so good! I think Cass did the only thing he could to save Jack and Heaven.

And I am healed of all the emotions that came with that episode, I love this so much!

That was incredible! I love how you brought back so many characters to convince Cas of his worth, and I love Sam and Dean (lightly) dressing him down for making the deal but not too much, since they've both made similar deals in the past. I highly doubt the writers would go this route, or something similar, but I love that you did-nicely done!

Speaking of crying...omg, this is perfect and beautiful. So many feels. And I don't even care that it's pure wish fulfillment, the sentiments and Cas hearing everything he deserves to hear and that he's loved-that's all I've ever wanted for my dear angel. The stuff with Chuck was just...exquisite. So many lines had me tearing up. This is the Chuck-Cas relationship we were deprived of that we've so desperately wanted to see before Chuck/God was even revealed. I'm going to bask in this. :')
